Download Alarm Clock Utility to Setup Alarm easily. Have a look at Screen Shot of Alarm Clock Software Utility which allows to specify text to be spoken (with optionally looping) and specify an audio file (.wav file) which can be looped as well.
Playing Text & Playing .wav file can be selected simultaneously. You can click on Test Button to preview how the Alarm Clock Utility will display the Alarm at specified date/time.
